What should our first festival enquiry include?
Send us the dates, location, opening hours and estimated attendance. Add a plan or photos of the proposed pitch and details of the available facilities so we can discuss the setup and terms of the collaboration.
How do we plan service when attendance varies throughout the day?
Share your programme and the times you expect the busiest periods, such as breaks between performances. We use that information to discuss the menu, collection point and how to serve your audience.
Can we suggest a pop-up at a creative space?
Yes, tell us about the idea, the audience and the dates you have in mind. An art space, a market or a brand collaboration can be the starting point; we agree the menu, facilities and terms separately for each proposal.
